For tomorrow’s volunteers:

We will be meeting at 7:30AM in Bourns II A205/206. We will first get the kids from the bus drop off area and walk them to the room. Then we will have breakfast, listen to some invited speakers, and start the catapult competition. After that there will be a tour to the labs. Remember! This is the most important part of the day. We need you all to stay organized and be as fun and educating as possible. Try to familiarize yourself with the students and share your college experiences. After that there’s going to be lunch offered for everybody at the Commons. After eating you will make sure that everyone returns to their bus.

Please look at the attached agenda and become familiarized with it. Check what time you will be arriving to the event and see where we are at! You can always give me a call/text at (909) 509-6459 or you can contact Diego or Eric as well. Remember to wear your shirt! And get prepared for a fun day.
